Attributing PAT's decline over the past three months to Cronin's announcement to step down? That's laughable.
PAT has declined because it has given zero justification for its SP to rise.
It stopped releasing information of any kind, to anyone, from August til October. No news on tech improvements, new partnerships, or, god forbid, sales.
Then it's blah 4Q financials didn't help.
And now a second batch of warrants- something that would bring an immediate cash infusion to the company- are going down the toilet.
Nope, pretty sure Turtle's departure announcement was not the catalyst for the free fall.
