Imo that was ALL Cronin, you hear complaints even within the company that communication is bad.
his compartmentalism and iron curtain BS eroded the trust in the market. He had no PR, Marketing or Sales plan, he thought it would all just fall in place.

I don't know why Cronin is even on the board at this point
