To be on newswire or any other media outlet , it requires the company to issue MATERIAL NEWS.
So the questions are , why hasn't the company announced this ? Its Clearly not under NDA Embargo.
Then again HOW MANY TIMES was the Westgate Casino over egged not only by PAT but also the weener strokers on the facebook groups. What was at the Westgate Casino - ZERO , nothing but failed Wizard of OZ shows with Ring doorbells in peoples pockets mimiking an alarm. Pure and utter scam.
This is NO different whatsoever.
Word was, and still is that the last exodus of staff and the lack of press releases is down to the securities commission landing and asking PAT to substanciate its revenue claims and its technical claims.
PAT has been asked by several shareholders to disclose any pending/ongoing investigation and it declines to comment.
So if you want to understand the LACK OF NEWS , that is your answer !
