Right lets get this straight. This was tested against the standards or a metal detector and it still has the same massive issues with general everyday items causing FALSE POSITIVES.

Not only Cell phones but Smart Watches alarm.
It still has a serious issue with 99% of the knives used in crime not being a big butchers knife but folding knives and open knives less than 6" blade size.
Also has environmntal skews that make it do weird things.
This is nothing more than validation that what PAT has performs like a standard Metal detector that still alarms on the things than makes other cheap metal detectors alarm. There is ZERO throughput analysis because the cell phone and watch issuel likely will caused a pile up and require a team of security guards. THIS DEFEATS THE WHOLE UNIQUE SELLING POINT.
Arenas and sports venues know full well that an item that has a great deal of false positives is the boy who cried wolf and the story ends the same way. Guards switch off reacting, or the machine gets the plug yanked for being a nuisance.
Sorry guys, you need to face upto an inevitable fact. This is just too little too late.
Ask yourselves ONE question. If you were told PAT were going to be selling another companies product that was a magnetic gate and passsing it off as their own, would you have bought in ?
