Today is the day of Negative Nellys!I actually think OVG was a great move. It provided Xtrct with an anchor account which has upside potential and can stabilize revenue stream.
Secondly, for the school lovers, I work in public sector procurement, and the sales cycles are long and unpredictable, particulalry with school boards. Other problem is fragmented and geographically distributed client base vs. a centrally procured OVG.
Now to the dilution or bankruptcy - Why is silence construed as negative? Silence means something is in the works. Silence also means they do not need the money. Peter has brough proactive professionalism to the CEOs job and had he needed to raise money, he would have done it by now. And this belief is is based on his past moves. If you observe closely, he is quite purposeful in his moves.
Thirdly, the SP. SP is here because most investors are long time investors and a tired lot. Just look at yourself in the mirror. We are all waiting for the SP to move upwards so we can recoup our money. But our wishes won't move the SP. Revenue would. Lowered burn rate would.
Would that happen - It's only a question of what you are willing to believe between now and until it happens.
