You know what PiskenYou always say at the end of your post in my opinion. That is exactly right it is just your opinion. To call everyone else morons and then dump on everyone because we won't jump at your calls for mutiny or to rise up and have Peter Evans fired is just plain stupid. This is a democracy and we all had the chance to vote for or against Peter. Well guess what you lost. So suck it up buttercup and stop this ridiculous whining. I say Peter did what he did by getting financing at a difficult time and yes I am sure we will have to finance again at some point. If you feel this doesn't work for you then sell and go move back in with Mommy. We all took our chances. I am still optimistic. Oh by the way it's just my opinion.
