Selected hospitals sure sounds like it means more than one. Virginia has a massive military population. It is where The Pentagon is after all. The US Naval Academy. Oh yeah, also the naval base in Norfolk. Largest naval base that has ever existed in the entire world.
Safe to say, a good place to continue building the relationship witht he US federal government!
...theres also like 8 VA clinics too, but thats small potatoes.
Found this on wikipedia regarding Naval Station Norfolk might be relevent:
