Timing of Financing I find the Virginia Veterans Administration (or VA VA as it shall heretofore be known) announcement this morning to be interesting from a financing perspective. This contract is kind of a big deal. Anyone looking to do a dirt cheap equity deal with XTRA may see the share price run higher from here. With the market cap at CAD$170mm and climbing this morning, even something as massive as a CAD$30mm equity raise would only dilute shareholders by 15%.
