If you have been paying attention we have literally been going down pennys at a time now for quite a while. These are not institutional investors buying or selling. The sp is being manipulated with small players. The low volume speaks volumes. Our decline did not happen over night. This has been a slow and deliberate decline. And yes our stock price can be affected over a long period by a penny or two at a time.
