Will be interesting to see if Evans makes some sort of statement regarding what's going on. Better yet, pry the wallet open and get a forensic audit of these shenanigans.

I think we can all see that this tactic will be used for every subsequent sales NR we have. If they can smother the DHS announcement, a venue NR is a piece of cake.

If we can't break through this brick wall that's been set up around us, it will take a Hail Mary 8-1 reverse split to get us to the NASDAQ.

I think shareholders deserve some sort of formal statement from Evans to address this.
