RE:The challenge for retail investors@kidl2, if that horrific situation comes to pass, my one source of solace will be to see Evans hauled away in chains for collusion.

Because selling a company doing so well on the business side, for what would likely be under a dollar, would be the ultimate betrayal.

For Evans to just give up, and take a pass on the future profit on all of those options of his, he would need to be getting a sweetheart deal under the table.

I am hopeful this isn't the case. Losing money on an investment is one thing, being the victim of stock fraud is another.
