Cronin really is useless
Isn't he? Just shows up to conferences and conventions. Talks his pre-canned lines in his ultra slow, turtle delivery and that's the extent of it. Sometimes he has the bright idea of announcing a life changing pilot that does nothing to the stock price, says that's disappointing and that's it.
