Rick, kindly give I.R.-John Martin a call on my behalf (as I believe my emails are still blocked). Ask him point blank, is Patriot One being investigated by regulators in any way? Also ask, have regulators already been calling on Patriot One? My understanding is federal legal proceedings involving for example the FCC would be a matter for the courts and NOT a matter of public record- this helps protect companies from unscrupulous people intent on attacking a company for personal gain - not my intent as I am a shareholder. The FCC for example, publishes these “Actions” and “Proceeding” you just have to search for them as I have; no intent to prosecute can be published until an investigation (if any) is concluded. Please share with the group the answers you get from the company.
