One of the few good calls Pat has made recently is distancing themselves from these whack jobs...

So they indicated in a statement earlier this year, at least for Herriage. I spoke to John in IR about Root, and he said they only found out about his issues after they completed the interview, and that they would not be affiliated with him going forward.

Other that being conservative what was the issue with Skip Herriage? I looked at twitter nothing abnormal there...
