Well Beasty ...  I think it only drop 20% on a 10% dilusion. A drop to  $0.37 would be a 40% decline.  Not sure on that type of drop until Q2 MD&A, and people see revenue, burnrate and cash in bank.  March 15, 2023 is Q2MD&A Date (45 days post quarter close on January 31, 2023).   But most importantly, I don't expect any funding to close until mid to late
