Anybody think that Peter interviewing with a Private Equity guy is a sign of something brewing?

Private Equity firms basically strip down a company and restructure it top to bottom making drastic changes as they have a limited time to extract value. that comes with a few implications.. Has xtract been approached by this firm or has this firm been approached by xtract. since the nature of a private equity firm is to drastically improve a company..
