Not happy about this, but choice do we have !!!

I am a bit concerned about this statement, they didn't mention for example that the cash is to be able to fullfill the back orders. instead they said its for workinbg capital & gen purposes??? now we know why some borkers were selling 500 at a time, they must've known something. 

"Xtract One intends to use the proceeds of the Offering and the Concurrent Private Placement for working capital and general corporate purposes."

anyway. what i like about it is it's closing apr 24th, so lets hope there is some good news after this short closing. I think it's a good sign at least I hope so .

Hahaha, yeah, talk about insider information, eh? Pathetic. But if they need this to be able to fill the big orders, so be it. Can't make an omelette without breaking a few eggs. And the best way to offset dilution is to buy more shares. More risk, more reward.
