What now

I imagine x1 having multiple deals signed already or in near future. Backlog on dhs was there already months ago and assuming they got more while getting closer to award. Any ideas when they release the beast? A bit dissiapointed nothing so far. Maybe if Q look solid it make sense to start building momentum closer. Also manipulation and shorting might affect the timeline. Good news is that those are customer prolly willing to issue press releases. Waiting for peter tell more on video and waiting for msg to be visible investor. Loads of waits there. Loads on silence here.

@baxbax, I think you got used to the flurry of  excitement we had with the offering and DHS. This is regular speed for Xtract. I wouldn't expect much until the end of quarter financials, when we hopefully see continuing growth trends and progress toward break even. Logically, that info would be complemented by whatever big NR's Evans has in the hopper. But who knows? Evans and ...more

Yup nighty. In FB we have the crew who are going crazy on daily sp (and some other weird stuff) in here more reasonable folks. My stance is that dhs must be the beginning of visible, more aggressive scaling of business. Also I want that to be met with some marketing efforts, especially peters promised msg efforts. This means that the usual pace of X1 must speed up in my books, even snail to turtle ...more

This stock is being played like a violin right now. Someone is very intent on keeping us where they want for a reason. Just can't help but feeling the fix is in and there's something brewing. Peter said a few months ago in an Alpha or JP interview that he was focused on getting the SP going. Absolutely zero has changed except we're now worth 25¢ less since that interview. Am I ...more

Totally agree Davinator. Something here is not passing the smell test, and it sure doesn't smell good. If you look at the trading patterns, there are still hundreds of 500 share trades. For some strange reason most of today's shenanigan trades were through CIBC. A 500 share trade at 48 cents is $240 Cdn. I have been very patient with this company for the past 8 years. That patience is ...more

Yeah, looking at P/E resume, he doesn't really run public companies , he gets it ready to sell or merge with another company, I'm surprised he's been here this long, he doesn't stay very long though his career at any company .
Comment by Nightstocker on May 07, 2024 6:39pm
@redneck, you'd like to think Evans has stayed past his usual "move on" date because he sees the potential, and wants to take it to the next level. Getting X1 to the NASDAQ and then into ten bagger territory would be glowing for both his CV and his wallet. That said, he doesn't have a lot of experience taking company's past that initial turnaround, which is his specialty ...more

I would love to see 10-bagger happen Night but the trading activity that started April 4th and continues today is like nothing I recall seeing with XTRA in the past 3 years. It just reeks of set-up for a takeover from the looks of it. DHS has been in the offing forever now and surely Peter has a half dozen sales he could announce right now if he wanted to but hell, that might actually send our SP ...more

If he entertains any lowball offers, it's time for him to go. Investors didn't put their money into this company to be trading at his all time lows . He has done a great job of getting X1 to market, but he is also being paid very well . We are now in a new phase, but I'm not sure if he can get the investors where they need to go .

My point exactly, Davinator. This should not be happening, and something is rotten in the state of Denmark. And Evans says nothing. Biggest NR in company history. Two years in the offing. Anticipation in all areas, from retail to institutional investors. Blatant suppression leading up to the NR, 750,000 cheap shares dumped on the market the day of the announcement. The DHS NR comes and SP goes ...more

Agree with all of your points, Alpha Wolf interviews are a joke, he doesn't actually interview, it's just a way for him to get in front of a microphone and make people have to listen to him rambling, heck he was apologizing before he even asked the question. Well I know the answer but I uh still have to ask the question, he needs to learn how to edit , We know now that he and P/E don't ...more

Jesus H, Night. That is effing depressing. XTRA BOD, u all aware of that? Evans takes job at 60¢. 3yrs & 5 mths later, SP 48.5¢. Oi vey!
Comment by Davinator on May 07, 2024 9:44pm
This seemed more fun when we were trading around 80¢ & we were all having sh*ts & giggles over Devoles Class actions being announced two by two. Just sayin'...

Yeah this is far from fun nowadays. Those positives are still there but buried under meters of mud and nonsense and real potential on cheap takeover. The world out there is cruel and cold, our product defends agains all that bad while management acting like scout teens. Few months from here will decide a lot of the fate of x1. I want to see actions against hostile takeover.

@NightlyOne; I couldn't have said it any better. The squeaky wheel gets the most grease and Peter is squeaking for taking X1 to this level but he needs to squeak a bit louder as you have articulated in your comments. Nuff respek rudebwoy.
