Yellow Pages Digital debentures to be delisted from TSX

The Toronto Stock Exchange reports that Yellow Pages Digital & Media Solutions Ltd.'s senior subordinated exchangeable debentures due Nov. 30, 2022, will be halted at the open and delisted at the close on May 31, 2021. According to the TSX, the company will redeem the debentures on May 31, 2021, for $1,040 per $1,000 principal amount, representing $1,000 principal amount and $40 for accrued and unpaid interest thereon to, but excluding, the redemption date.

The TSX reports that at the option of the holder, the debentures are exchangeable into common shares of Yellow Pages Ltd. until 4 p.m. Montreal time on May 28, 2021, at an exchange price of $19.04 per common share, being an exchange rate of approximately 52.5210 common shares per $1,000 principal amount of debentures. Trades in the debentures on May 27, 2021, and May 28, 2021, will settle on May 28, 2021.
