RE:RE:Is earnings tomorrow?
Not sure about earnings, but i see the AGM is this week. Of note: 2 new directors up for election this run, bringing the number to 7.
As Kav mentioned around the anouncement of election, directors usually hold a stake here.
5 Current directors are reporting to hold or controll 11.8% of outstanding shares as it stands. Next report and with 2 new dirctors, including an Ex CFO, would be nice to see that being 12% (~200 000 more under director control)
