Rex it's good you mention Schachter as he wad such high price targets for bellatrix that went bankrupt and eventually sold to spartan for Pennie's on the dollar and shareholders with a lot of loss. the stakes are serious Rex lots of people lots real cash in bellatrix and it was obvious they were on a failing path for awhile. but the lesson to be also learned is it can take quarters for

The real lesson from Bellatrix is that Spartan took them over and made lots of money by recapitalizing and optimizing the assets. I wonder what Logan, Petrus or IPO could do with YGR land? There is opportunity here with a better operator based on the reserve report. Too bad insiders own 35%.
