since the closure of the transaction will be announced soon, it should create a positive catalyst for YLO.
However, on a more negative side, the analyst has no explanation (and me neither) why YLO didn't buy a lot of shares these past days, 7 days before the blackout period.
It will be interesting to see if the stock price can handle at this level when the blackout period will start, and between that time, if the announcement of the transaction's closure with APAX will generate an upward movement.
