"I know this may seem merely a band-aid on an open wound. There is not much more reassurance we can give other than we believe we can succeed…and we hope investors will share that belief too."
Obviously shareholders don't share that belief. I guess that many investors have taken such a beating, they have no faith in the company right now. By the way, nothing prevents the company from cutting the annual dividend to 0.10 or lower, at some point in the future.
My sense is that they need to turn things around before we see any significant upside.
