Thank you Double,  I was misreading something.    It's hard to get through all this news on a mobile device.   I appreciate your clarification.   I'm just not going to worry about yellow media until I get home and can catch up.  It looks like the deal very heavily favours the bond holders but share holders do come away with some value.   I think I'll end up in positive territory on the prefs and eventually taking a loss on the commons.    Overall a somewhat losing situation for me and a VERY time consuming journey on the yellow submarine!!   I've followed this one much more closely than other stocks in my portfolio and am kind of shaking my head at the time spend...  oh well!   Thanks again for your clarification and all the great posts.
