The results of the meeting that never happened are irrelevant as no quorum.

Not having a general meeting is what is likely illegal. As a publicly traded company you are required to have the meeting (reschedule) even though the first was a no show.

 

I wonder if the judge who is residing over this case is aware of this impropriety?
