I still hope that this goes to the judge to look at. As I said b4 there was no vote on leadership of the company and I don't think some obscure reference in a supplement for a recap can replace a general meeting.
I however do not have a background in law and therefore would only hope this is reviewed by an impartial judge. This is as strange as the buy back of the common share by the TSX from a year ago. If you remember, the deals were made by the TSX in private at prices higher than the share was trading at!!!
Any judge that looks at the 2 year history of this company would sure have to wonder at the events. For my part I can't see Tellier as the lead of this company.
