Algrove, I think you got it right.  What happens next has a lot to do with NEM.  YNG is not in control of the situation.

Also, in retrospect, the $40 million they were asking for "mine expansion" seems like a sick joke.  They wanted to expand the mine, while the mill was shutdown for 4 months...what for?  To lose more money?
