Some thoughtsThe company has been very poorly managed. Long-standing shareholders have suffered while the incompetents kept diluting and giving themselves huge amounts of options. How come those that drove the company into the ground still have jobs?
Having said the above, I doubt that Golden Eagle has much of a case against T.YNG. Their lack of performance is what caused the NDEP to shut down the mill the second time around. The suit is basically a non-starter.
