Right now, the company could very well raise capital in a way that does not screw existing shareholders.  What they propose is robbery, isn't it?

Some here are too much into what Nicole said.  Nicole said this, Nicole said that.  Yeah right, listen to Nicole.  There is a great idea for getting brainwashed into doing what the company insiders want, which, in this case, is definitely not in the best interests of shareholders, other than the few insiders.
