Regarding Sprott, they provided capital to YNG some months ago in exchange for cheap shares and warrants. Their action was very likely taken in order to help them extricate themselves from a disastrous investment they made in T.QRL some years ago. I really don't see how they deserve any special consideration at this time regarding inducement warrants.
