However, if Sprott is able to take advantage of inducement warrants, they might not be in a position to say 'no' to inducement warrants for Orifer.

The proposal looks like a well-thought-out strategy by Orifer to get control of YNG, considering that they might be the ones orchestrating things in a way that gets Sprott on their side.
