I followed this bb up to now. With the consent form from YNG I have decided to participate, as this form shows the lack of consideration from the BOD for the shareholders. At romara's suggestion, I called David Bavstock from tsxv in Vancouver at 1877-883-2369 and after he said that he needs to see the consent form , I sent him a fax with it.
He promised to call me back to say what do they intend to do about the voting process, which, in my opinion, should be stopped by tsxv.
Anyhow, if the process is not stopped, I will vote AGAINST in the first place and leave both YES and NO empty, as the three statements at the second vote may may make me a liar if I vote NO on one hand ( which may invalidate completely my vote!), and on the other hand it would give favorable response to the BOD if I vote YES.
We should be asking YNG to be logical and correct in all dealings with its shareholders.
Keep the TSXV busy with your attitude!. Call and show them what you mean. Adam09
