I contacted management at YNG about the posting, and was told this:

"That’s our Whistleblower form. People who have questions for the Audit Committee can send a message directly to them via the Whistleblower form."

So if anyone has any knowledge , or accusations against any management figures for fraudulent, or other actions....they should contact the above site to lay a formal complaint.
