RE: predictions? IMO it was definitely expectations being too high last year. The plant was not in good shape then and had to be refurbised. Hopefully that's done now and the corner's been turned. I think it's going to take time to get the market's confidence back and that may take two or three quarters going forward, but I think eventually the shares move much higher. JMO
