YNG Complaints

We all know YNG management is so crooked that when they die , we will not have to bury them. We can just screw them into the ground. All the complaints on this forum are fragmented, just the way YNG wants it to be. I propose we organize and act together in two ways. First, we must get that so-called election invalidated. Any YNG shareholder no matter who or where you live, and wanted to vote against the Inducement Warrants ,should file a formal complaint with the British Columbia Securiries Commission (BCSC) . YES, the BCSC has YNG on their radar. You can e-mail them at" INQUIRIES@BCSC. BC.CA " Subject, Complaint , YNG Inducement Warrant Election . In the body of the complaint add Attn. Mr. Christopher Cheng, CGA. ( BCSC). We must act together on this or we will all be fleeced by this bunch. Send the BCSC a copy of the ballot and point out that paragrph 2 of the ballot is "rigging the election" The 3 questions are impossible to answer if you are against the warrants. If you say "NO" to the first 2 questions you disqualify yourself as a voter. If you say "YES" ,you are forced to vote for the warrants. This is illegel in any election, and the election should be invalidated and rerun honestly, 3 questions, 3 answers. We can't let them get away with this. I'm not trying to put words in your mouth. Say it anyway you want too but let's get BCSC involved. The second way is to get the ballot in a news outlet like the ELKO News or the Mining Quarterly or any newspaper, and get some investigative reporter looking into this travesty. of an election.
YNG management did not comply with the " Shareholder Meeting Notification Requirements" in the TSX Regulations, but we can get into that after we get this election invalidated. If any of you have any better ideas on this whole thing, let's hear it, and I'll be glad to join you. Or are you as tired of being pushed around by this bunch as I am. ICE

Nice work Ice; I have just mailed my complaint to Mr Cheng as well.  I have not heard back from the OSC yet, I have only recently tried contacting them for more information.  When I have more to report I will pass it on.
