RE:Share Price on CubicFarms sharesJust want to clarify that the value of $0.15/sh for Cubic, to my knowledge, is only a deemed value for transaction accounting and tax purposes. It is not necessarily indicative or management's view of the ultimate market value of Cubic once it begins trading. So that figure of $0.15 should not be taken as gospel or relied heavily upon. Also, Cubic had a press release today announcing a $10m investment from a strategic partner, the terms of which have not yet been disclosed. This investment would have had a valuation peg attached to it, which would be a better marker for expected value. Hopefully more detailed terms of the $10m strategic investment will be release shortly or in conjuction with the listing/trading.
