To my knowledge no one senior has been fired and no one has exited or sold shares. I repeat. There was NO INSIDER SELLING. The shares shown as disposed on Sedi were likely lent as collateral for the recent debenture financing with Eight Capital. This is typical with debenture deals. Also, to clarify, the pooling arrangement in this case in NOT regarding voting arrangements. It is with respect to a LOCK-UP arrangement. The shares in the pooling arrangement are LOCKED UP with a scheduled release as indicated in slide 21 of the investor presentation. Nice to see the discussion here but please try and get the facts correct before posting. Hope that clears some things up.
