After double bottoming today and yesterday @ 1.66 which is a higher low compared to 1.63 of the dump, today we broke bullish the nearby resistance levels of 1.74 & 1.81 so we need to close above 1.81 to hopefully indicate start of trend change. Then breaking those resistance levels you point out would almost confirm the trend change.

Looking good so far to close above $1.81
