Worst I’ve seen this year poison pill would have worked if they were concerned about a takeover, this basically has the same effect, you kind of figure if you sold out big chunk of your position ,this is like wash and rinse, reload at a crazy low price and take it back up.Another scenario is bankrupt , buy the operation back again and start all over, under a different name.Either way I'm calling compliance and at least generating a complaint,
