The market cap is too low at just $50M,  5000KG production in November and it's $50M!!!  LMAO!!!!

That's why DILUTION is going to be a good thing! Boom! We jump to a more respectable $100M ***AND*** they have cash to expand and focus on Cannabis 2.0

Can someone please do a "Market Cap vs EV comparison for dummies" post?

Basically, market cap is the total issued shares times the share price.  ZENA has

Market Cap $49,028,000

Enterprise Value includes all the debt and other obligations that has priority over shares.  

What management did here was the best solution and they will make it.  Will the banksters drive this down to 1cent RTs and 17-20 cent common shares until the conversion rates get announced?
