did not say HOLD on WC operations I had read somewhere about the time they anounced the 15 cent shares  that were putting a hold on further expansion projecks  
same as they said they never really needed any money as they diluted the company by almost 100% by selling 15 cent shares  these guys are such f--king lying PO$  I dont beleive a thing they say
