I'm not quite sure they were forced (they could of just extended the timeline), to convert at less than its 52wk low (which is an excellent entry point), or that they're unloading so early. It's possible, I suppose. I think they would rather hold on for a larger gain in the future, since they should easliy be able to double their returns in the short to medium term.
