They have exclusive rights to 8.5 million acreas in a new 'Permian' basin in West Africa - they started drilling the first of 3 wells with completion in 45 days. In they DO hit oil - it's the new Texas.
I bought at 2.52 yesterday - they're at 2.85 today

Spec buy - risky, do your own DD, but it could be huge.
