Articulate a Vision and Give Investors a Reason to Invest. -(The company may have them - but it needs to tell the execution story)
Unlock some value.
Mitigate the risk and define the milestones.
This raise is not a great vote of confidence and going back to the same sharks that shorted them.

I go in several years ago in Bevo as a long term investor. Then they took over for Zenabis, I looked at the plan and liked what I saw, again as an investor. Now, it's kinda just ok for Bevo investors compared to say 1 year ago. Eager to see Cubic Famrs valuation, that will soothe me a bit. But for new investors, buying into $ZENA? No win situation for the capital.
