no wonder that conference call is listen only, first question I'd ask is who shorting of stock a week prior to news, was that a strategy ?

The short was easy on this.  I bet there were a lot of "buddies" on the plan.  Short and cover using the freshly printed ZENA.RT what we get for free as shareholders (if you are on record before tomorrow).
