My portions of executed rights have been in my account all week, but I cannot put them up for sale. I beiieve the banksters are shorting with them. I will call my advisor see whats going on.

I had mine for the rights I exercised as I exercised all mine but I also put in a request on the shares left as a result of some deciding it was good to do nothing or they had some confusion of procedure...Anyway, it was this extra request that they had removed the money for along with the money to exercise the rights and today I see the extra shares in my account so I'm happy.

Good for you Stoneman. I exercised all my rights too, but when I requested the additional subscription privilege, that was a little bit beyond my discount brokerage's abilities or even comprehension. They dropped the ball and time ran out before we could correct it. If you don't mind me asking, did you get everthing you requested or was there a pro rata pecentage applied?
