Further to that he says the Co. will become insolvent by 01 July 2020 OUCH!!!!

i will admit that i was wrong.  My original presumption was that when they stood to lose $1 / gram they would step up enforcement efforts.  They have failed.  Every reserve has a number of stores and there are still many operating illegally in the cities, in addition to the original underground that existed.  My sincerest hope is that the government greed wins out in the end
