So by over 4.5x they screwed up on their losses? This management needs to goto school

The "loss" was due to a Series A round led by several angels and a VC who really believe in the entrepreneurial team.  Income from operations robust at $5M+ for Q1 proving that the Series A investors were correct. Financial accounting for long-term debt is approached and implemented differently by some accounting firms as it is the most complex area of finance.
