This is a very good sign, terms are still quite dear but as profit improves so will terms. Its also quite big $, if we can avoid more raises some of us might get to a profit on this trade.

I almost sold Tweed (now Canopy obviously) due to a deal of similar nature. Said, "mgmt is scamming us!" Now I am happy I held that stock. Sometimes you need to just see the months/years of what could be and hold a core position? It's not like there isn't enough of this stock to buy and hold at least some of it.

we will see if ZENA gets it constellation brands.  They at least have the markets attention, poor EVE is i think in better shape but cant get any traction.  They have a deal with Colio - but colio doesn't bring $$ to the table, Consellation bought a majority interest in tweed.  This beast had HYTN they are a long shot, And finally in the range where i can ahndle my losses

I think a lot of us are in the same position as you @MJVigilante. I have been waiting for quite some time for this to go over 14 cents so I can break even on a million shares that I hold..hopefully this run up will help few us get out without being burnt..and if we are lucky then we'll make a little bit of money on our way out! There are so many freaking warrants. I think a bunch of them are at $0.08. I just hope somehow it breaks 18 like it did the other shoot up so I can get half my shares gone. At least we're not refinancing paying big fees to refinance and issuing new warrants and dilution every time. I hope we can get away from any future raises too
