Regardless of which way you think the company should go on the Zenabis take-over be sure to vote and be heard.

If you hold shares in a short position you will not have the option to vote however the broker that lent you the shares does retain the voting privilages. If you are an average Joe investor and bought shares with the expectation that the shareprice will go up then you're not a short-seller.

Well said, Quinlash I think it is safe to assume that short positions have been covering and will continue to do so because the YES vote will %100 go. However, the play of the short will target Hexo or other players.
